Almost every budgie love to chew and shred paper to pieces, especially female Budgies. 😊 I have 14 Budgies and most of them chew everything they can get, even paper but not eating it. I suppose she is just shredding paper not eating, Budgies don’t eat paper or anything not edible. If you notice she is actually eating paper then you need to remove the paper from the cage. Budgie spending most of the time chirping, sleeping, and being fluffy during the day.

Natural instinct to fight for food. I think there is nothing to worry about. Sometimes is better to feed one by one.

I suppose they didn’t find that warm and safe. Make sure to place your Budgie at a room temperature of at least 21°C. You can get heating perch or cage warmer
