When your Budgie escape best you can do is to alarm your neighbors to help the search, prepare a cage with his favorite food and treats inside, and hope for the best. Budgies can’t survive outside too long. Good luck

Your new budgie needs at least two weeks inside his cage to get used to the new environment. Never rush things, they are fragile and scared by nature. You don’t want to get on his predatory list 🙂 Good luck

They can be together without any problem, they need time to get to know each other. And also minimum is to keep the new budgie inside his cage to get used to the new environment for two weeks.
