I am confused about my budgie gender one has a pink-lavender cere and the other has a blue cere……I think their male and female but some friends say they are both males also the pink-lavender cere budgie chirps more than the blue cere budgie……..(Sorry if you this is confusing)

Male Budgies can behave like a bonded couple. Feeding each other, playing together, and grooming each other. That is considered normal behavior for Budgies. I can’t tell without the picture, any way you have a couple of great friends 🧡
