I got Blue for two months now. When we first got him he was sick so after going to the vet we had to hand feed him antibiotics to his beak, which he hated obviously and made him loose trust in us! Before that we were doing progress by touching his feet slowly, but nowadays after his sickness we feel we are very far away from taming him. He always gets nervous on out approach and flies away if he sees hands :(we dont know what to do anymore. He is a solo budgie at the moment. Many thanks for your help!

It’s not uncommon for budgies to become more wary after medical interventions, so continue to be patient, offer treats, and spend time near the cage without pressuring him to rebuild trust and eventually make progress in taming.
