why does my budgie peep?

I have a young budgie who rarely chirps but recently I noticed an increase in sneezing and these odd peep sounds. does this mean she is sick? my other bird sneezed the whole time I had her and, even though it was only a few months. I’m curious what it is I took her to the vet and despite mentioning sneezing they said she was fine.
