I saw a video saying that there was a form of medicine for mites for birds to be put into the water n for them to drink and that it has been bought from you but I don’t know where to find it

First, consult with your Vet. My Budgies never had mites, only parasites transferred from bad Budgie breeder. You can find some products for Budgies here, but as I said, first consult your vet for your budgie’s best health!
