Hi Alen AxP

I wanted to find out what must I do .
I see my budgies are scratching they heads on the perches.and I do feel that they breathing heavy .

Let me know what I should do.

Hi, for your budgies best health it is recommended first to visit your Vet to be 100% sure. Sometimes they scratch heads on perches during molt, changing feathers. Good luck
