Hi! Yesterday I got 2 baby budgies from a breeder. They don’t really move around or eat or drink in their cages and don’t seem to want to interact with anything. I know it’s because they need to settle in but I would really appreciate some tips on how to bond with them well:) So far I’ve been reading and talking to them, but I don’t know if I’m overwhelming them too much. How long does it normally take for them to get adjusted?

You need to take it slow, they need at least a week to get into a new environment. Then spend time with them, talking, hand feeding. They are just shy for now. Good luck and provide them a happy life 🥰
