Is my budgie sick?

My budgie’s abdomen and chest are distended, her chest feathers are also sparse (recently). Her behaviour is normal, chirping, flying around and eating well. However, when she poops she wiggles back and forth and struggles to poop, it is also much larger than normal. I’ve noticed she is also breathing heavy usually. Can anyone share what this might be? Could it be that she has organ damage or poisoning? She loves to eat picture frames when we’re not looking.
