How can i tame my budgies and should i separate them from their parents??

I have 2 untamed parents, when i try looking down the nest, they come to that nest and protect their babies. I am scared that the parents escape when i open it.

My 3 budgies(i just could see only 3 but idk) are 15-10 years old. They start having a bit of feather, i want to tame them outside then placing them again in their parents cage.
