I noticed that one of my budgies(I brought 2 months back) has a wing shorter that the other, but I have no idea from how long it is.(attached photo link)
I am worried that if this imbalance is from long back then why she is not growing new feathers.

She is missing flight feathers. It takes more time to grow flight feathers, but it’s better to consult your vet. It is better to know if there are any health problems with her wing. Good luck
