I have a cage which have only one opening for nest box, but I have two pairs of budgies. as I was new to bird pets I didn’t know while purchasing the cage.So is ok for me to have one nest box for both female budgies?

That is wrong. You should never keep two pairs, or two females and a nest box. They may fight or kill babies. Choose what pair you want to breed and separate them.
