I have watched the video of why I should not harness my budgie but how do I take it outside and let it fly in the sun without a harness

You don’t need to take your Budgie outside to fly. Pet Budgie birds are home pets, not wild Budgie birds that need to fly outside. Secure your room, close windows, doors, provide him toys and a playground.
