I cant train my budgie for 8 months and they eat food from my hands i am so confused i want then to sit on my hand

Try to talk to your frnd (Budgie) in soft voice. It takes time too. We are a big being. So,it may afraid of us. Gently touch its stomach side .Once it realize that it will not bring any harm. Also,dont compulsory make it to stick it with it. Then it may hate it to.
