1 of my two budgies is silent, the other one is loud and very social, what could be a reason for the silence?
Silent Budgie: (Female)
Loud Budgie: (Male)
I believe it is the gender that is the cause but my female budgie won’t even make a peep, and I don’t think there is anything in the room, she usually only sings for 1 minute every once in a while, I have a good relationship (tamed), so I’m sort of confused.

Males are very often loud birds and females usually only talk when they feel the need. Mine all talk but they get more talkative the more you have. We currentpy have 10.
