I don’t know the gender since it is too young to tell. But I had my budgie for roughly 4 months now. He or she won’t stop biting. I always give my budgie love and care but as much as I try to touch it or put my finger near it my budgie just bites.

OMG Same With me! But she is ~1 month. She has our trust, flies to us, preens us and all but, whenever we get our hand close, she starts chiding LOUD. Chiding sound. I think that some birds just DON’T like to be touched. But I’d guess that she is also territorial considering the fact she is a female. But compared to my other budgies, she bites HARD.
