My budgie that i got this July 25 I have been doing everything for him to stop biting and making noises at me also i bought another one put it in the same cage as him and he almost killed the other one but he ok

It really depends is your both budgies female? How to stop a Budgie from biting you can read here If they are fighting all the time and hurting each other, you should separate them.
