Hi I I have three budgies and as I being a office worker when I go to office my budgies puff themselves up and don’t play,eat or shout.please help what to do.Have they become pampered?

hi, you should provide a lot of space for them to play, playground, toys. You can try leaving your television or radio on during your time off. I made a video about leaving budgies home alone, it may help you. Watch here
